Please note: We are in the process of updating our delivery fees in accordance to Royal Mail new rates 2024
Our standard delivery charge is £3.85 (2nd class, small parcel, with Royal Mail) – Estimated delivery is 4-5 working days. Please note that delivery can take up to 10 working days depending on the postal service, please upgrade to signed for if you have a specific date you want item to arrive. Our deliveries are usually made by Royal Mail but we may use a courier service.
Letterbox = Price is included or £2.65
Up to 2kg parcels – 2nd class standard = £3.85
Above value of £30
2nd class signed for up to 2kg = £4.95
1st class signed for up to 2kg = £6.50
At any time we reserve the right to refuse to deliver your order.
Returns
We do our utmost to ensure your items are delivered to you in a timely manner and in perfect condition. We always carefully check each item before sending, however if it arrives damaged, please let us know within 3 days of receipt, so we can issue a replacement. Please provide photos of any damage so we can contact our couriers. We cannot be held liable for damages reported after this period.
If you are not happy with your purchase, we are able to offer an exchange or full refund (excluding original delivery charge) within 14 days of delivery.
If you wish to return any item please ensure it is well packaged and protected as we may not be able to refund you for any goods lost or damaged in transit. We will not refund the cost of returning the item unless due to damage. Please take photos of the items you are returning prior to posting them to us.
