Postage
Our standard delivery charge is £4.95 (2nd class, small parcel, with Royal Mail) – Estimated delivery is 4-5 working days.
Please note that delivery can take up to 10 working days, depending on the postal service. Please upgrade to Tracked if you have a specific date you want the items to arrive.
Our deliveries are made by Royal Mail over busy periods and after Bank holidays delays may occur. This is out of our hands, I am afraid we will always do our best to get your items to you on time.
If you order before 3pm on a working day – Tuesday through to Saturday will make sure it is posted that day.
We offer free delivery for orders over £80
Letter = £1.75
Letterbox = £2.95
Up to 2kg parcels – 2nd class standard = £4.95
Above value of £30
Tracked 24hr up to 2kg with £150 insurance = £6.10 – Tracked 24 is designed for next-day delivery, but Royal Mail allows for a two-day window.
Tracked 48hr up to 2kg with £150 insurance = £5.10 – Royal Mail aims to deliver Tracked 48 items within 2-3 working days.
Guaranteed Next Day Delivery up to 2kg = £14.85

Returns
We do our utmost to ensure your items are delivered to you in a timely manner and in perfect condition. We always carefully check each item before sending, however if it arrives damaged, please let us know within 3 days of receipt, so we can issue a replacement. Please provide photos of any damage so we can contact our couriers. We cannot be held liable for damages reported after this period.
If you are not happy with your purchase, we are able to offer an exchange or full refund (excluding original delivery charge) within 14 days of delivery.
If you wish to return any item please ensure it is well packaged and protected as we may not be able to refund you for any goods lost or damaged in transit. We will not refund the cost of returning the item unless due to damage. Please take photos of the items you are returning prior to posting them to us.
